Greg has spent his entire career figuring out how to make processes better for those executing them, and those depending on the outcomes. With an Engineering PhD focused on process and innovation he is uniquely qualified. Over the course of four decades, Greg has re-engineered a staggering variety of processes for organizations spanning a wide spectrum, including for example, INCO, IBM, TRW, Mattel Toys, and Unilever.
IN 2007 Greg co - founded Sharp Point Data Ltd.with a singular focus on developing SaaS based software solutions to streamline and automate mission critical processes for the financial and insurance sectors.The success of his business is based on a deep understanding of the core business processes and strategy, and over the last 15 years he has become an acknowledged expert on the Group Retirement and Benefits businesses of clients such as, Canada Life, SunLife, Cooperators and Manulife.The focused use of innovative technology and the improved business processes that result, facilitates the seamless flow of data and information end - to - end, including Advisors and their clients.The result is speed, simplicity, and more profitable business.
With the intimate knowledge of the processes and software tools underpinning the group business, and with insights from industry leaders, Greg has more recently turned his attention to building a software platform which is digitally transforming advisor firms.Advisors are masters at building client relationships, and he is determined to give them practice support tools that will allow them to focus on those relationships to grow their business.

He is a serial entrepreneur and has experience spanning corporate (Finance, strategy, structure, M&A) to operational (product vision, solution architecture and sales). He has been in the insurance software business for over 25 years working with both carriers and distribution. His unique blend of product vision and solution selling drives AdvisorConX to always be advancing their feature set and product leadership. He has global experience with small, medium and large organizations with stints in the US and Asia as well as his time in his native Canada.
